   Loved this place! The food was delicious! We were so glad to have stumbled across a place that felt higher end in a small town without crazy prices. Definitely recommend! Staff were so friendly too.

   What a gem we found in the heart of Luray! Outstanding service and food, and such a value for the quality of both. Had such a great experience our first night in town that we went back the very next night. Thank you, Chop House for such wonderful meals!

   Highly recommend! A filet, side, and sauce for $36 is quite a steal! Our waitress provided excellent service too! We would come back here again.

   We stayed in Luray for the night while visiting Skyline Drive and had dinner here. You never know what you're going to get for food options when traveling, so we were happy to find a restaurant that looked like 'our kind of place' for dinner. The service, drinks and food were all outstanding and exactly what we were hoping for. The price is appropriate for the experience and if we ever find ourselves in Luray again, we will definitely return.

    Best restaurant in Luray hands down. Limited menu which provides enough choices. Everything is good. We went for dinner Thursday and Saturday night. Filet mignon was perfectly done medium rare. My wife's scallops were the best she has had in years. The cocktails were delicious and inventive. Restaurant is in a restored 2 1/2 story home with seating downstairs, upstairs, on the wrap around porch and in the back garden, John, our server, was excellent. He was attentive but not intrusive. Very easy to talk with. The service staff from the hostess to the server were excellent. The prices are the best we have had at a fine dining facility. Cannot recommend this place enough.
