The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

    We came for breakfast with Santa and we had the most accommodating server and even talk with the  chef about our complaints. The chef Heard I request and met our needs however, the price point was very high considering that the photos with Santa did not come with $150 breakfast

    This restaurant is very understaffed. Server was kind but we hardly saw her. It took 20+ just to get drinks. Service experience was minimal and terrible. Shame on Hershey to charge this kind of money for this experience and then not staff it. We barely saw our server in the 1 hour and 40 minutes it took to get street tacos and burgers.

    Chocolatier ambience and food selection provided sufficient family fare. Ferris wheel flight of chicken tenders, nachos with dip, mozzarella sticks and wings worked well for two kids. Fall butternut squash soup worked well for wife and self.

    I really enjoyed my experience at The Chocolatier Restaurant + Bar! The atmosphere was amazing, the service was even better, and the food was out of this world! I definitely plan to visit again!

    Ever since you have opened, we have been coming here whenever we visit Hershey, and enjoy it every single time! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The only complaint I have this trip, was that our drinks were a little lackluster. We both ordered a signature chocolate caramel martini. It tasted ok , but had no “presentation “ . It just looked like watery chocolate milk in a martini glass. The only reason why I am bringing this up , is because I had the same drink at the Hershey lodge, and it was served beautifully, with a caramel and sugar rim, drizzled with caramel, and had a Hershey kiss in the bottom of it . . The ones we were served at the chocolatier had nothing. No rim , drizzle or a kiss in it . But overall, we always have a wonderful time with you , and we will definitely be back again!

    I was so excited to go but it ended up being disappointing. The drinks and food were okay. The service was awful. The staff is young and terrible. I wouldn’t waste my time or money there again.

    Absolutely outstanding meal. We got the beef spare ribs and the Heath crusted salmon. What an incredible and unique flavor combination with the chocolate additions. Even the kids salmon was very well flavored. Chocolate martini was also excellent - the s’mores martini was a bit strong though. Sadly we couldn’t get dessert bc we had a trolley reservation but we will come back with more time!

    Seemed understaffed in general Kind of underwhelming, long wait times for food. Had to return a pizza because it’s sat out for 20 minutes before a runner brought it to our table. Dirty plates left on the table, waitress had to clear , no bus boysNot what I expected for a $30-$40 a plate restaurant.  probably won’t return, there are better restaurants in the area for the money.

    Everything was great! Staff was very friendly and fun! We went for the breakfast with Santa and the setup was great! Wasn't overcrowded and food was pretty good as a buffet style. The atmosphere was great! The prices are a bit high on the foods that is not the buffet, but very delicious and I think the portions are decent for the amount. I definitely recommend!
