As a family run pub, we would love you to come and enjoy a delicious dining experience and a relaxing stay in their historic building and garden. The pub is very traditional and cosy inside. The restaurant menu is small but there are daily specials. I had the special fish which was lovely and my husband had the fish and chips. There is no children’s menu but they are very accommodating with changes to anything on the menu. Our 2 year old had two starters which were also very nice. They also gave him pencils and a colouring book for entertaining him. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.

This is a lovely old pub with fantastic food, well above the average for pub food. We will definitely be back.
