This experience includes drinking and dining with friends in The House of Peroni outdoor area in the heart of Open House. This year, The Chef's Table is hosted by Woodfired Canteen, who will be serving a delicious 3 course menu full of seasonal, authentic ingredients.

Burnt chilli marinated mozzarella with butter leaves, peaches and shaved radish, basil oil and toasted sunflower seeds

Chef Ben Quinn’s smoked chicken, rested in brown sugar and cider vinegar served with whole herb salsa verde
Creamy berlotti beans with wood roasted tomatoes and smoked garlic
Fennel and tomato salad with pink onions and mother’s garden olive

The service layout and surroundings were really nice. Was nice that we were put on a table with another couple and just basically told to chat and enjoy yourselves which we did. The starters were great, the chicken (for me) was slightly undercooked but was nice. The dessert was really really good. Great experience and one we both really enjoyed ☺️
