   Everything Duro Hospitality does is a hit, and The Charles is no exception! The service was impeccable, the drinks were top notch, and the food was delectable! We had a large party and showed up to the back bar an hour before for pre dinner drinks and they were so accommodating to take care of us and always kept us informed of the table. They treated the birthday guest to an amazing glass of champagne, and made the whole experience amazing. Charles was our server and he was great! Nate the Manager on duty as well as his whole staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back so many more times, and I am so happy that Duro has this gem in their repertoire!

   The service was like no where I’ve ever seen! Completely off the charts amazing! Everyone knew what we were there to celebrate and came by to say hello…food was amazing. The decor was beautiful. Did I mention the service was AMAZING! My new favorite place!!

   Great spot. People were very friendly and the food was spot on. Wines were too expensive and they could have offered more at a more reasonable price point. Highly recommended.

   I am so disappointed. We frequent the Duro restaurant, Sister, on a regular basis and expected the same great service. We waited ten minutes for the sommelier as we sat with nothing but water. Our order was incorrect, when we ordered the wine (finally) they didn’t bring it to our table. We had to pour our own wine, remind them of orders and then the check came…they charged us for a wine tasting and the incorrect order of oysters. I complained and they took it off the bill. It was so uncomfortable-it was my husbands birthday (which I told them in advance) but could not even order dessert. Will never return.

   We celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful experience- from the very nice valet named Oliver to our sweet hostess and our great server Chelsea. Our food was delicious and Nate the personable manager stopped by our table to say Happy Anniversary. It was a really nice evening. We sat next to another anniversary couple and we all agreed it was the perfect spot to celebrate.

   The food was excellent, especially the shrimp pasta! Service was some of the best we have ever had, from the host, manager, bartender to our incredible server, Rome. It was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Don’t miss the speakeasy!

    This restaurant has been on our “hit list” for awhile, it was definitely worth the wait, but don’t! We were eagerly welcomed by Nate, the maiitre d, who was equally pleasant and accommodating. We chose to sit at the bar which was fun and both bartenders were awesome. We dined on the grilled octopus, salad and fusilli, all delicious and innovative, flavors were exquisite. Be aware that the place is rocking, VERY energetic “city vibe” so if you are not up for loud you might choose a more romantic atmosphere elsewhere. The speakeasy was a great place for bubbles 🥂 post dinner. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
