Not a pub for eating in as a family. Football showing when we arrived and even when that finished the music was so loud we needed to shout to each other during our meal. Was way too noisy for us. Staff were very good and attentive. I think they realised we were in the wrong restaurant for us and were trying to improve our experience! The food was odd and quality of ingredients low although the chef had done a good job making the best of the ingredients they had. Bouncer on the door as we left confirmed that we should have booked somewhere else. Don’t understand why they take bookings for tables for meals as they’re fairly obviously catering for people who want to have snacks while drinking.
