Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Celebrated wedding anniversary at Capital Grille in Skokie. The evening was way beyond our expectations. The entire staff from greeters to bartender and servers was the finest. Friendly and efficient. Our server, Alex, did everything to make our evening special. Can't say enough about this incredible place.

    This one became my favorite restaurant on the North side. From appetizers to perfect ribeye steaks to excellent desert and coffee. And such great service every time we dine there. 5 Stars all the way.

    I had a NY strip steak that was perfectly cooked and was the most tender strip steak I have ever eaten in my life—which, at my age, is saying something. In addition, I cannot rave enough about the service in this restaurant. Perfect to the tiniest detail. Highly recommended!

    We had a wonderful birthday dinner with all the bells and whistles provided! I was pleasantly surprised to be given printed pictures and a champagne toast. It was a memorable experience!

    Food and service was excellent, as usual. The staff at Capital Grille is experienced, professional, and friendly. Lunch is such a pleasure because they offer interesting selections just right for mid-day. We had a question/issue about parking and the manager was outstanding in her response - very professional. Sometimes it's how people respond rather than about the issue itself. Highly recommend.

    Really enjoyed the seafood tower as well as the black garlic fillet. It was amazing even better was the service by Nico and the team have a wonderful holiday.

    Artild Topi aka Art was a fantastic sever, outgoing , polite , charismatic and knowledgeable. One of the best that my wife and friends ever had. I highly recommend.
