Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We always eat in Capital Grill Old Orchard and we are always happy with the service and the food and a ambiance so I recommend to everybody. Service is good. Food is good. One of the best steakhouses in Chicago.

    Incredible experience!!! The steaks were perfect, the staff was pro, the room was great. There is only one problem. We just discovered this. We should have been coming since it opened.

    Thanks to the front desk for calling us to inform us about the closing on Valantine's day and reschedule our reservations for next day. The food was excellent and service by all was great!
