Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The Capital Grille is my fave American steakhouse. It's always exceptional, and they also helped me celebrate my birthday while being low-key about it, very nice touch!

    Food was outstanding even though we didn't have steak. Lobster Bisque was excellent, a fair amount of lobster meat and the dry sherry pour was a nice added touch. The Ahi Tuna was prepared perfectly, with great flavor. The highlight of our meal was our server Joey. Super personal, knowledgeable and made us feel at home and welcome immediately. Paid attention to our needs , checking in to make sure we were doing well. A great experience

    Wonderful Party of 5 for a birthday dinner everything was perfect. Our waiter Robert was outstanding, friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful We had a pleasant and relaxing dinner. Will definitely add this restaurant to our favorite’s list. ❤️

    We had the waygu burger and wine special with the added caviar dip. It was delicious. A generous size burger with fries and a glass of duck horn wine. Perfect meal. Perfect service. Burger was cooked as ordered. A change from our usual steak meal but loved it.
