   We've dined at Capital Grille many times in the main dining room but were looking for a lower-key experience tonight and had a great time trying the Waygu burger / wine night special. Our server, Herman, and his teammates were very attentive without being overbearing, and the burger and fries were absolutely delicious.

   A great experience. I had a couple of their signature Stoli Doli cocktails (pineapple infused vodka drink). These are tasty but dangerous because they are strong but I hardly taste the alcohol. I did not have any appetizers or salads to start. I skipped to the main course and ordered the 21 ounce bone-in ribeye. What an awesome steak that was. I also had a side of their soy glazed Brussel sprouts with bacon. I would highly recommend them. Overall I highly recommend Capital Grille.

   A great dinner with friends. Our service was superb (thanks Herman) and a shout out to the manager who is always kind and gracious to make sure everything is well. Excellent food, amazing staff!!

   Ordered tuna medium well, confirmed it 3 times with the server but arrived rare. They attempted to re-cook it which absolutely ruined it and still not cooked right. They wanted to re-cook it again. Mistakes happen, but how it was handled was poor, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just cook a new piece and call it a day. I would not recommend this place.

   I come to this location frequently but this time we didn’t have a good experience. My sister & I dined in for her birthday. Our calamari came out cold, we waited 40 minutes on our server to check back as we watched him cater to other guest. We went 40 minutes without water refills. I had to place an order for a wedge salad with another server just for it to come out 30 minutes after. I never have issues when dining here. I was extremely disappointed this time.
