Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I had the Chilean Sea bass and it tasted terrific. Our waiter Tony did a great job service us and deserves a star for his efforts.

    Capitol grille is our favorite of all the national restaurant chains - and there are many to choose from. It is a comfortable restaurant, the service is always excellent and the food quality is consistently very good.

    We were greeted with numerous discarded cigarette butts on the steps into the restaurant. The hostess was distracted. We were left hanging waiting for a table. It seemed to take too long. We felt uncomfortable. This was not the greeting we received in the past. The ambient noise in the restaurant made conversation difficult. It seemed to us that the attention to detail was slipped. Service and food were good.
