Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were greeted with numerous discarded cigarette butts on the steps into the restaurant. The hostess was distracted. We were left hanging waiting for a table. It seemed to take too long. We felt uncomfortable. This was not the greeting we received in the past. The ambient noise in the restaurant made conversation difficult. It seemed to us that the attention to detail was slipped. Service and food were good.

    Capital Grille is my favorite restaurant especially the lobster mac & cheese are server was phenomenal I love the ambience such a welcome feeling.  I especially enjoy with the passionfruit Mojito.

    I took my son for his first steakhouse experience to celebrate his 13th birthday. The Capital Grille is top notch and hit it out of the park every time. They made his birthday special and I'll definitely be back.

    Nico mixology science is paramount - the mango midori martini is an art. Lobster bisque, Steak frites, dark russet chips & coconut 🥥 pie reigns supreme. Thank you 😊

    When you just need a good steak! We were celebrating a birthday. We each chose a different steak option and everyone left full and extremely satisfied.
