Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Was there for the Wine and Wagyu experience. Was supposed to be seated in the bar area, but they seated us in the main dining room. Brought us the regular menus and we had to ask for the event menu. Was told that one of the 3 wines that was in the pairing list (the Cabernet) was not available as it didn’t arrive on time. Food was good, but then our check arrived with an extra food item (entree) We had to ask to get it removed. Too many service mistakes for this class of restaurant.

    I had the Chilean Sea bass and it tasted terrific. Our waiter Tony did a great job service us and deserves a star for his efforts.

    Capitol grille is our favorite of all the national restaurant chains - and there are many to choose from. It is a comfortable restaurant, the service is always excellent and the food quality is consistently very good.
