Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Such a great experience! We had the prosciutto stuffed with mozzarella for an appetizer. So delicious! The bottle of Cabernet was like drinking liquid silk. Our server Kara was spot on. Everyone’s steak was cooked to perfection. We were so stuffed, but Kara encouraged us to share a few desserts. The crème brûlée cheesecake is so amazing and the flourless chocolate cake was the yin to the cheesecakes yan. Thank you for an incredible evening with family and friends.

    I had the cup of Lobster Bisque and my entree was Salmon. The quality of the soup was below Capital Grille’s normal standard in taste as well as the texture of the soup. The Salmon was dry and overcooked. I go to Capital Grille’s at least 3 times a year. This was my first time being disappointed in my meal. Our server was fantastic!
