Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server, Emma is delightful! She was able to answer all menu questions and is very engaging. We enjoyed a lovely meal. I have food intolerances that make eating out a challenge- but not for Capital Grille. The chef prepared an excellent meal. What a treat! Thank you!

    Great food as always , for some reason the waiter who we know from before and has been great this time was argumentative about the steak . We ordered medium-well for my son and it was well done , instead of acknowledging, he argued that it wasn’t, there was no pink whatsoever in that steak . He brought a desert later but the interaction was just necessary . I bring things up as feedback and improvement, I don’t need the money back or a dessert.

    With the exception of the hostess staff, this Capital Grille location is awesome. We dine here several times a year, and the last three times, the hostess team has been rude and in no rush to seat us, even with a reservation. The rest of the team is amazing.
