Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s marriage. The food was the delicious, and the service was superb. Our waitress went out of her way to make my son and his partner feel special and to make their day even more special. Thank you!

    We had Adrian as a server, definitely request him. The service we above and beyond what we’ve had in a while. Went to celebrate a special occasion for our daughter and he made the night even more special. Truly the best service we’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. Ask for Adrian, he won’t disappoint. Thank you for great service.

    Celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Capital Grille in Dedham and they were very kind and celebrated with us in a perfect way. The attention by the wait staff was balanced in not interrupting too often but us never feeling neglected. Food was all on point and the wine was a great compliment to the food. Went during Boston restaurant week and that menu was a nice 3 courses (but we did add on the seafood platter)! We arrived at the restaurant early to have a cocktail at the bar and the service there was outstanding as well. Great experience.
