Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Haven’t been in several years but the experience was the same…EXCELLENT! Larissa and Mike were very attentive and all the food was delicious and cooked to perfection! Will definitely be back sooner this time.

    Food and wine excellent. Service staff inexperienced and not always helpful. In smaller room but noisy probably due to high ceiling.

    Capital Grille has always been our go-to spot for special occasions, and it never fails to impress with its elegant atmosphere, excellent service, and warm ambience. Joshua, our server, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, professional, and personable, making our early Thanksgiving dinner feel special. However, I was disappointed to find that the food lacked the flavor we’ve come to expect from Capital Grille. While everything else was exceptional, the underwhelming taste was a bit disheartening, especially for such an anticipated meal. Hopefully we’ll be back for future celebrations, because it’s a family favorite. Hopefully, the next visit will bring back the flavor we know and love!
