   This was our first time at the Canadian Brewhouse in Fort Saskatchewan. We thought it was great! They had our table reserved and noticed it right away. Service was excellent. Our server was the best. Just the right amount of help and privacy. Food is always good at Brewhouse. We are working our way through the menu. We will be back!

   Our server was amazing!! The appetizers were soo good. Only complaint was that my steak was obviously sitting under the heat lamp for a bit before it came out.

   They hosted our Volleyball team and took excellent care of us. They accommodated our special dietary requirements as well! FANTASTIC job!!!

   Excellent work. Service was great. Food was served quickly and was delicious. Thanks to Kat for taking care of us. Much appreciated and plan on returning soon.

   Did not appreciate getting served burnt dry ribs. Good thing I was in a rush to catch the bus to the Oilers game. The only good thing was I didn’t have to pay for them. Unfortunately the shouldn’t of gotten pass the kitchen. Poor experience in the waitress.

   I had pre booked a reservation that was paid for, it included a shuttle bus to a hockey game. However the table we received for our reservation was one of the worst spots to sit. Near an exit that is also a booth for the servers, the pool tables where right beside us with a small barrier between and kept having people leaning over above our table. The restaurant had plenty of space to seat us it was not even 50% capacity. Terrible view for TV in a sports lounge, and I still needed to look up sports scores as many of the tv were purely for advertising because their staff do not know the deals themselves, they rely on tablets. I also had no good interaction with my server as she was nose deep in the tablet. For paying or a reservation I was not impressed with the ambiance, atmosphere, service or food. Waitress had no knowledge of the menu, no daily specials were presented, everytime we had a question she needed to ask, again no knowledge of the restaurant. Food was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for sometime as it was cold in the center and dried out on the very top. The server was also surprised when she came to check on us and we had just received our food, which affirmed that it was sitting under the heat lamp for sometime. Some of the worst honey garlic wings I've had, very slimmy, and semi cold. Good news is, they honored a deal that is advertised online, however it took sometime because they had no knowledge of the daily specials offered through their franchise. Will not be going back. The driver for the bus was polite, and very great driver.

   I had booked this reservation and made comments to get table 32-low table. We got there and that table or any low tables were not reserved for us. There was no one in the low tables so we got lucky but then what is the point of making a reservation via this app.

   Very dissapointed in the service received lastnight for our birthday dinner celebration. Lobster was over cooked and then when we asked about cold butter being served the waitress didn’t do anything about it and said they served it warm. Will not be returning again.

    Waitress had to be called to the table quite a few times when the drinks were empty after waiting a bit for her to return. Food was hot and came out quite fast which was nice.
