    The service and food was terrible! We waited over and hour and a half for a kids meal and appetizers for dinner. Clearly understaffed and only focused on the large hockey teams and serving alcohol to the patrons at the bar.

    It was an off night we go for wings every two weeks the food was cold both of our wing plates were literally room temperature or less. The pop was watered down and I had to have it replaced. I asked for ketchup it was not brought. The noise from the contest they were running was just so loud we couldn't talk to each other

    Unfortunately we didn't have the best first time at the Canadian Brewhouse but thanks to our server Natasha she made everything right. Staff are very friendly, courteous and efficient. We will try again. Not everything goes according to plan.

    We did request for Sarah with the booking but did not get her. She did come by to say hello The girl we got sometimes seemed angry when taking our order. It was weird but was super nice when it came to the cheque. Overall great . Food and atmosphere is always fantastic

    Good place if you’re looking to watch the game. Food was fresh and tasty, except for an oddly thick bowl of potato soup. Friendly and helpful servers.

    Great service. There are so many good items on the menu it was hard to choose, definitely something for every taste. Large portions, value for the money.

    Food was just meh TBH. Sucks that they “didn’t have enough staff” to have to rooftop patio open as that’s the best thing about this place. The UFC Vegas fight was in so they said they could only run one floor. Disappointing considering here under a beautiful fall heatwave and a patio was what was planned. Wish they advised somehow in the app. Oh well, maybe next time.

    Our waitress was so sweet and understanding, portions are huge, too. We love jack’s, but this might be our new favourite :)
