   Disappointing all around. Menu was limited and overly complicated. Prices were 2X what they should be for the portion and quality. Waitress tried her best but overall experience was the worst we have ever had.

   Horrific experience at this food hall. Our waiter was useless. He has extreme “task prioritization” issues. He should not be a waiter. It took an HOUR to get drinks. The food is industrial. The wine list is plonk. The ambiance is non-existent. Worst dining experience I’ve had since I don’t know when. Ruined my Valentine’s Day meal. Go ANYPLACE else.

   Hotel restaurant. It was quiet, people were nice and helpful. Food was pretty good, not outstanding. Price was fine. Not a bad option, especially if you have kiddies.

   Just wish our New Year’s Eve experience was a bit better. Food for the price was a bit out of balance, not much flavor going on with every dish we had. Couldn’t tell if the elk bolognese was hamburger helper or actually just ground beef. Our salmon was good but small like Joe Biden’s brain. Forgot what we got for an appetizer… because it wasn’t memorable, seemed microwaved unfortunately. Our host kept pretending to have a broken arm. Very odd. But it made us laugh

   Our waiter was friendly and wonderful. Drink service was slow. The food was mediocre. It was not worth the price we paid.

   So glad we made a reservation for NYE - we were able to finish the fireworks on the mountain and walk right in to be seated. The meats were overdone, but the gnocchi and Mac and cheese really good. Steak was ordered medium rare, yet only had the slightest pink in the very middle. White chili was delicious, but chicken dry. Burger well done. Desserts were fabulous! Service was friendly, and ambiance and presentation were really enjoyable. We would return, but would speak up about the meats.

   Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Drinks were very good. Really good would definitely go again. The menu was kind of small so I would only do it once a season.

    Kitchen was slow but our server was attentive and management did good job with service recovery. Our meals were okay except for the burger which was overdone. Convenient location and family friendly
