While the food looked good, the grilled beef burger suffered from the burnt bacon. The bitter, charred edges ruined what could have been a decent meal. Hard to get a burger wrong and theirs definitely did.

We love going to the Boars Head and probably go every couple of months, but yesterday's Sunday lunch late afternoon was rushed the staff were very busy but they were clearly stressed and not there normal friendly selves, the food was nice but just plonked down in front of us, since it's been done up which looks lovely the noise level has increased and it's very hard to have a conversation, just a little bit disappointed yesterday

Lovely menu choices and great quality food. Unfortunately the fajitas were sold out which was a bit disappointing but the hanging kebabs were very good as a second choice.

A fantastic place to eat , the service is absolutely fantastic , just the best place to go in Pembrokeshire for good food , a friendly welcom, and service to die for.

We had the Sunday lunch the chicken dinner, the portion size was large. Plenty of food and all very tasty. The staff were very prompt and approachable. Good value for the size of the dinner.

My mum and I both had the battered cod and chips with peas for lunch. I have to say it was the best and thickest piece of cod I have in a long while that was cooked perfectly with crispy and non greasy batter
