   Truffle and Parmesan fries were very very poor quality, they resembled frozen fries not fried long enough ( crispy on the outside still hard on the inside) and the very very limited sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and tiniest of truffle oil was just an insult to the customer especially when charging £7.50 for the item. However the customer service upon informing them of this was met with upmost professionalism and had them taken off the bill. The rest of the food was mediocre apart from the pork belly bites, they had a great flavour and came with red cabbage and a beautiful sauce. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going to this place as the price for quality just doesn’t match.

   Food was lovely and staff were great. Only thing is that there was really no atmosphere. We went for dinner on Saturday night the day after Valentines so assumed it would have a nice vibe, however it was basically empty.

   Me and my partner had the valentines sharing platter, it was very nice- i would highly recommend. the platter was £50 which wasnt a bad price but we had a millionares pot for dessert and it was £9! You barely get a lot and in my opinion that was the only downside. However i would go again as it had a very friendly atmosphere.

   The plates and serving bowls were stone cold also because services was little bit slow it would have be nice to have been offered nibbles. Bread , olive etc ,the only chocolate dessert on menu was vegan which isn’t chocolate and no cheese and biscuits.

   A fantastic setting and ambiance. The food was great (once it arrived) and we enjoyed all the dishes and felt the costs were reasonable. The only issue on the evening was the service unfortunately which would not see us rushing back and trying elsewhere. Drinks order slow to be taken. No table water. 30mins for drinks to land, considering going to the bar downstairs to order at one point! Then another 50mins for food. Others who ordered later served much quicker than us. Then two gents came just as and food arrived and were serviced drinks and plates all in less than 15mins as VIPs it would seem! We had to ask for more drinks as the empty glasses were not a clue and then for the bill as the as staff were always facing away on the till and not really watching the room.

   Food was exceptional but it was very busy and this meant we waited over half an hour for a drink and nearly an hour from ordering to receiving our food. We love it here, the staff are kind and do their best but there are probably too many people to serve hence a 4 star, rather than 5 review.

   A tapas restaurant would be a great addition to the marina, but this has not been done well at all. Firstly, it’s ran by 17 year olds. There is no organisation / management. We had to ask to order drinks after being sat in for about 30 minutes, and the same for food. The food then took over an hour - no apologies nothing. When the food came , it was average - nothing special. How hard is it to get Patatas Bravas right anyway? No server came to check in on the food, or offer us any more drinks. Then again, we also had to ask for the plates to be cleared and then finally, ask for the bill and also the card machine. I would understand if we were tucked away out the corner, but we were right in front of the bar. There’s no excuse for the poor service, they clearly need more experience staff, or better training for the young people working there.

   We were really looking forward to eating here, however we didn’t have the best experience. Although the majority of the food was nice, the service was very slow, we waited a long time for our food and others in the restaurant were clearly frustrated too, which made the atmosphere intense. The worst part of the evening was when my dessert came. There was a large piece of plastic in the dessert, which looked like some kind of bottle top. I asked for the manager (who went to the wrong table initially) and expressed my concern, especially as my 6 year old, who was out with us, could have swallowed the piece of plastic, if she had ordered this dessert or had tried some of mine. The manager was very polite and apologised, however with the rest of the evening being such a let down, it just topped off what had been a poor experience. I wouldn’t normally leave such a negative review, however as I was advised that all of the food is prepared on site, I found finding the plastic really off putting. We did get a discount on our bill, however we shouldn’t really have had to pay for any of the food after finding plastic in it.

   Lovely place, however restaurant upstairs feels very cramped, to the point it’s difficult to get up from your table and visit the bathroom without feeling like you’re intruding on other people. I think they should consider removing a few tables. They could also do with more waitresses as it was difficult to be able to order another drink as they were constantly running around, although they did a fantastic job. The halloumi tacos were incredible off the tapas menu and I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Overall, a lovely meal.
