Experience and decor were cool, but service, food and drinks were subpar for the price point. Cocktails were 75% ice, and the ‘shots’ were barely half an ounce. Service was very slow as well. Really liked the decor and experience, but that was kinda offset by the poor portion size to price ratios.

Katelyn, we are pleased to know you enjoyed our decor. However, we are truly sorry if you felt our food, drinks, and service weren't ideal. We always strive to provide attentive service and wish we had known you had an issue with your drinks. We will look into what happened and make sure it is not recurring. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would love the opportunity to make it up to you. Next time you visit, please ask for a manager or me so we can ensure you have an excellent experience in every way. Thank you. Brad Bancroft, General Manager

We had a reservation and were quickly seated at a table. A server brought us water while we looked over the menu, but then 20 minutes later didn’t come back. We were able to flag someone down and put in an order for food and drinks. Our food arrived about 10 minutes before the drinks and we had no napkins or silverware. It took about 5 minutes (food getting cold) to flag someone down to ask for the napkins/silverware and status of our drinks. Then no one ever came by to check how we were doing, if we wanted more to eat or drink. Food quality was below average and didn’t taste fresh; shrimp and bacon were way over cooked. We then had to flag the host down to get our check and pay. When he asked who our sever was we honestly didn’t know because of how little we saw her and it seemed someone different had to be waved down each time. The bar and atmosphere were so cute and fun but the experience with the service was a huge let down.

This place was fantastic aesthetically! We made a reservation for 9pm on a Sunday. We weren’t aware the kitchen closed early, but, we probably didn’t read good enough before booking. There was only one desert left which was amazing! Only downside is the peppermint shots we ordered were quite expensive for it being half of a normal shot. Still, a great experience!
The Blind Elf Holiday Pop-Up BarResponded 3 days ago
Thank you, Kelly! We take pride in our aesthetics and strive to create a memorable atmosphere for our guests. We value your comments on the kitchen hours and shot quantity and will work to address these concerns to enhance our service. We hope to welcome you again soon.

The drinks were missing ingredients, including the main liquor. The shots were missing ingredients and too small for the cost. The kitchen closes early.

The holiday pop up bar was very cute however timing was not their top priority. We made a 20:30 reservation however once we got there we still waited quite a lengthy time behind 3 other parties. Once finally sat at the table it took a minute for the waitress to come and when she did she said they were on last call for food, we literally just got in. She took our food order but took some time to get our drink order. The food came out well before we got any of our alcohol choices. The food was really good minus the spinach artichoke dip. Once our drinks finally came we were told they were on last call for the bar like dang everything felt so rushed and we spent most of the time sitting and waiting. The drinks were ok the peppermint shot was a joke it literally had 3 drops of liquid in it and our first round didn’t have all the ingredients in it and the 2nd round the waitress said the first shots didn’t have everything in it they kind of just gave her the shots and had her take it to the table. All to say I’m pretty sure that it was not the proper portion for a shot. The overall look was very festive and the staff had a really good attitude.
