Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner in The Bistro, Bar and Lounge, and in the members-only Club Room and Club Terrace, the Bistro menu offers traditional brasserie fare with a New England flavor. Begin your morning with inspired breakfast classics, fresh pastries or a colorful spread inspired by the season’s bounty. For lunch and dinner, a selection of starters and entrees are simply prepared and presented, with an emphasis on fresh local meats and sustainable seafood.

The food, the drinks, the view and the service were exceptional. My wife and I took my son to the Sunday jazz brunch as part of a birthday celebration. It felt festive. My only slightly negative comment was the jazz combo ( who were very good) were located in an area that didn’t allow the sound to travel. Too often brunches with live music drown out conversation, this was the opposite. I would gladly return for this Sunday brunch again and again.

Always outstanding but today’s brunch even exceeded that standard. Great food and fantastic service by Ryan. Terrific to have a waiter who is engaging and interacts with the table. All six of us can’t wait to return.

My third time to the Ocean House for Jazz Sunday Brunch and I have to say, it was less impressive. The table was beautiful and very comfortable with a stunning view, however each of our courses were rushed out of the kitchen to our table before we had finished off the one before. The second time it happened I asked if the wait staff would mind holding off for a while longer so they took the food back to the kitchen to be kept warm while we finished our soup and salad. I didn’t like feeling rushed. This was my husband’s treat for his 60th Birthday. Other small details regards the service which didn’t meet the mark of my previous visits. Other than this it was very pleasant and staff were welcoming.

Menu was disappointing and food was dry and cold. My crab cakes were so dry it was as if they were microwaved. Chicken was also dry and cappuccino was cold, too. Only plus was Prosecco. It was a birthday celebration and not memorable. Children playing with noisy toys and crawling around near tables. Not what one would expect for Ocean House ambiance. The server was gracious and great sense of humor and tried to ease our disappointment. Something has happened here and I hope it is addressed.

An absolute dream to come to Ocean House and enjoy the fabulous brunch. From the bottomless raw bar and charcuterie, mimosas, crepes, desserts, and menu items, we were blown away by a lovely experience. I have recommended it to all my Rhode Island friends. Also, Taylor Swifts house is only 3 houses away and you can see it from Ocean House very easily (we aren’t massive fans but enjoy her music, so it was fun to see!). Do yourself a favor and go enjoy the jazz brunch on a day with beautiful weather and savor the moment! Truly a dolce vita!
