   We stayed at the Dome nearby, so decided to have dinner on site. I have to start with service. It’s excellent! Our waitress went up and beyond to accommodate everything we requested. Chef came out to explain the menu in details. Food was good, but pricey like everywhere these days. We had steak and salmon Wellington. Salmon dish was spot on! Steak was ok, not a fan of French fries or a salad that was served with it. Dessert: had apple crumble (not a fan) and crepes Suzette (yummy). Overall our experience was good, it would be better if they had bigger tables and more comfy chairs.

   Nous avons mangé au Bel Air un samedi soir 19h. En arrivant, nous nous sommes fait dire d'aller nous asseoir où on voulait sans aucun mot de bienvenue. Il a passé plusieurs minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous voir. Nous avons commandé le menu 3 services. L'entrée était bien apprêtée. Le repas principal (bavette et purée) était beaucoup trop salé. La sauce avait figée dans notre assiette et présentait une croûte. Elle avait trop réduit et était intensément salée. Accompagnée d'une simple purée, nous aurions aimé avoir quelques légumes de saison. En aucun temps durant le repas, on est venu nous offrir de l'eau, un autre verre de vin, voir si tout allait bien. Quand est venu le temps du dessert, après avoir terminé notre plat principal, il s'est écoulé plusieurs minutes. Il a fallu demander le dessert à plusieurs reprises et après 40 minutes, nous avons décidé de quitter sans même l'avoir eu et sans avoir eu d'explication. Personne ne nous a offert d'eau ou autre en attendant. Le service était vraiment déficient. C'était notre première et dernière sortie dans ce restaurant. Très décevant.

   Great first time! Met Leo who prepared and served the meal and did a wonderful job. Plan to return at the next opportunity. Highly recommended!

   Stayed at Bel Air for 2 nights we decided to eat out our 2nd night. The website menu and photos and even the menu here on OpenTable should be updated (one is still summer menu) that’s what our server advised us when we showed her photos from the website to inquire why those items weren’t on the menu. Tostados overcooked and didn’t seem fresh, Burger was over cooked, fries unsalted. Chicken Supreme was bland overall a very underwhelming meal and overpriced. We’re not picky people but will not be returning here and would not recommend. Cook in your dome/pod instead. We ate in the dome which was cute but there also isn’t much room so you’re close to others. We dined on a Monday so only 2 other tables were seated which was fine but I can’t imagine what it’s like if fully booked. Our server was wonderful, she was kind and attentive.

   Unfortunately overpriced, quality of food very poor (oysters not loosened, no fork to do so ourselves, general meat quality low) but the service was very kind!

   Chef Julien created a 5 star experience for my wife and I who dropped into the Bistro by chance. The chef repeatedly attended our table and was genuinely appreciative of our praise. A place we’ll return to often. John and Pam

   We arrived at Bel Air and weren’t sure we were in the right place; even when we walked in the door of the Bistro. It comes across as a tiny coffee shop and has a dome attached with a view of the small pool. That wasn’t a problem; we just couldn’t make sense of this being such a highly rated restaurant. What a surprise that the meal we had was outstanding. The flavors were wonderful as well as the presentation and service. Favorites included the tomato-burrata salad and Salmon Wellington. Would definitely go back.

    Dining at the Bistro was a wonderful experience ! Food was delicious, ambience special and wait staff very attentive and friendly. It is a little isolated but welcome after the chaos at the village on « the » colour weekend of the year.
