We celebrated a birthday with the $39 3 course meal. From our host to the final farewell, we were made to feel very welcome. The food was amazing, hot and plated beautifully. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We had a great experience at The Bison. The service was great, the food was excellent, and we had a lovely evening overall. You won't go wrong ordering the Bison Tartare. I've been to The Bison several times before, but this was probably the best visit I've had. Looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Banff.

Awesome food, drinks and setting. We got the ricotta toast, beet salad, mushroom gnocchi and bison short ribs- all were outstanding. Also had a great martini and nice glass of wine. Open concept that managed to be relatively quiet despite the packed house.

Antoine was incredibly helpful and welcoming and Scott the bartender was attentive and an expert at his craft. The Bison Bolognese and the Burrata Salad were highlights!

We were visiting Banff and wanted to try this place out based on the menu. The food was a hit and miss - short rib and bison bolognese entrees. The service was subpar.
