    Sadly, a little disappointed. We came in for the mussels and were very excited to try the bison again for the first time in years. The mussels were ‘sold out’ and the restaurant was so loud we could barely hear each other. The food was ok, but nothing special on this occasion. The bathrooms were similar to a truck stop for cleanliness and comfort, not what you expect when paying these prices. Our server was nice but unfortunately that could not make up for the other issues. We were celebrating a birthday, noted it on the reservation and the host mentioned it to us as he sat us but then nothing was offered like a dessert or birthday anything… even more dissapointing after he mentioned it. All in all a disappointing experience on what was supposed to be a very special night.

    We hadn't been to The Bison in a few years - returning yesterday with the hopes that it was still great as the past. It did not disappoint. Great olde fashioned, bison tartare to start, followed by(yes more bison) the bison short rib. My son had the famous cheese burger and it was also delicious. Sugar pie for dessert - and wrapped in incredible service by the staff.

    Excellent meal. We had asked our waiter about serving size and as such adjusted our order. We shared dishes which was ideal. Bison was well cooked and seasoned. Excellent service. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. Paced our order so we didn’t feel rush There was a large group there for their Christmas party and noise level at times a bit overwhelming. Tables close together. We would definitely would go again and recommend the Bison to others.

    We ordered the bison tomahawk and shared it with 2 adults and 1 child. It was delicious and there was so much food to feed all of us! Our server was amazing, very friendly and kept checking in on us. This was our first time at the Bison and we will definitely be back!

    We had an amazing dinner at bison! We chose the set menu they were running and upgraded a few of the dishes on it and it was all delicious. We were served by Chris at the bar who was awesome! He’s very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the menu. He made us a custom peanut butter whiskey espresso martini that was out of this world. Can’t wait to come back again.

    We had been told this was a very good restaurant so I was very disappointed with the beef short rib I was served. It was tough fatty and chewy. So much so, I could not eat it. At its price point I expected a tender, melt in the mouth cut of beef. The staff apologized and offered to make me another but I had no confidence in the dish so I declined. The service after that was poor and unattentive. When it came to paying the bill, there was no offer of compensation for what I experienced. I will not be recommending this restaurant.
