   We have been going to benchmark since it opened and have always had an incredible experience with the food and service. However, tonight was an entirely different experience and my sister and I will never go back to benchmark again. We were seated next to a family with three out of control children in an empty restaurant. After dealing with the noise for a while, we decided it was more than we could tolerate and asked if we could be moved which the staff was incredible and moved us seamlessly. We asked to speak to the manager, to share our experience, and expected her to stop by our table after she was dealing with a crisis and totally ignored us. Which then my sister called her over. She was extremely condescending treated us like we were complainers and had the audacity to say that we should just get up and move to a different table, who gets up and moves to a different seat in a fine restaurant on their own. What a poor example of management at high end restaurant. She did not take the time to listen or apologize. It’s quite sad when the staff has more professionalism and better customer service than the manager that they’re supposed to be reporting into. If benchmark wants to keep their customers they better make some changes to their manager that was on duty 11/ 27 2024. Paulette Cousino

   The soup, steaks and sides were wonderful. Dessert was terrible though, don’t recommend the Blondie it was not good. But fortunately ours was complementary since it was our anniversary. But I would have complained if paying for it. Service was great!

   The staff were all friendly and the food was fantastic. We came in for a birthday celebration and they offered a free dessert. We enjoyed our experience, and cannot wait to come back again.

   We have eaten a this place a few times before and the food was excellent. This time it was off a bit. The popovers that usually are delicious were very salty. And the food overall was very high sodium. The lamb was good and he scallops very tender. My soda was watery and it was later in the meal exchanged for a better drink. So overall the meal was a bit of a disappointment compared to prior ones. The service was excellent and our waiter Jack was very attentive.

   Celebrating 2 bdays. They had the table ready and gifts for birthdays. Attentive service and absolutely amazing food. I only hope I tipped enough.

   I can easily say that this was the best meal I’ve ever had! The service was wonderful, everyone was kind and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!

   Service was excellent and food is amazing. We continually stop here every chance we can. They always make you feel special. We recommend to everyone to dine at Benchmark. We ordered The Butchers Board overall it's a great value for what you get and always cooked to perfect. The deserts are unbelievable I had the Panna Cotta it comes with Meringue Sheets. So amazing. You must try this restaurant.
