Friday lunch, service was excellent with a friendly welcome and drinks order taken without delay, great choice on the menu very diverse and very reasonably priced. We both chose the beetroot with goats cheese which was completely devoured, main course of hake with samphire, local asparagus and new potatoes and asparagus veloute which was amazing and a good size and tasty fish portion. Only had room to share the almond sponge with ice cream….choices and quality were excellent, service exceptional well worth the money.

Attended for joint 50th and Mother’s Day lunch, my family said it was the best roast they had ever eaten out ! The beef, Yorkshire pudding and gravy were delicious. Fabulous service we were really looked after. Can’t wait to return.

First time eating here for Sunday lunch plenty of choice all seemed freshly home made and food was very tasty. We would love to return and try the weekday menu. Hubby was pleased with real ale choices and it’s a good pint is a high praise from him. Staff were all helpful efficient and freely thanks to everyone involved

This has to be my most favourite place to eat. Great place with helpful lovely staff. The small rooms for dinning gives a lovely quite atmosphere. The food is exceptional, quailty ingredients, good portions, every mouthful is a dream the chef is a genius. To top it off the cocktails are wonderful. We are already plnning our next visit.
