    The menu is varied, offering something to suit everyone’s taste, and the staff are absolutely lovely. The interior is beautifully designed, making a wonderful impression when you walk in. However, the ambient noise levels are extremely high, which detracts from the enjoyment of dining with friends and family. Additionally, there are a couple of tables near the doors to the outside seating area, which see constant traffic from customers and staff. This can make these tables particularly uncomfortable, especially on colder days. I hope Peterley will consider this feedback and look into implementing measures to address these issues, as they would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

    The staff are always so friendly and first rate. Good quality ingredients and lovely food. Popular for a reason, so make sure you book if you can!

    Food and service was not as good as previous visit, very young & inexperienced team. Afternoon tea was served too cold from the fridge, and a little disappointing. Sausage roll was particularly unpleasant and also very cold; nobody in the party could eat it and much tasted shop bought. Shame as the food and service were excellent on last visit. The staff were rushing other tables around us who had just received their food order and telling them they were now closing and they were rushing to go home. Perhaps it’s just that time of year, but disappointed none the less..

    Wonderful birthday brunch on Sunday. Lots of families, friends and dogs in this warm, ambient atmosphere. Food was great! Pancake stack with apples and yogurt and full breakfast enjoyed by our party. Our well behaved dog was made to feel welcome with a couple of treats. We'll be back!

    We loved the festive afternoon tea, it put a really unique twist on a classic. The decoration and interior is top quality.
