   Their welcoming service was brilliant with a shot of fresh passion fruit juice and giving a slice of variety of citrus fruits for a glass of water which were all really amazing. However, we were asked questions like whether we are having a good time, how the food is or everything OK, etc, by far too many times and different wait staff, which could be interrupting our conversation too much although they were all polite. I would rather be left alone longer than that, then would enjoyed the catch up with my friend more over their lovely food and ambience. Probably allocating only one or two staff to service at each table can give more relaxing feeling to customers?

   Lovely building and nicely decorated. The team all work hard to please but unfortunately the food is average and some of the drink prices are ridiculous. £9 for a pint 🤯

   Beautiful restaurant, very busy but was valentines day so short wait for table but there is a bar upstairs so not an issue. Table was nice but had to ask for it to be propped up as it had a horrible wobble but they were happy to oblige. Starter were immense, we had the non-vegetarian platter and it was stunning although we had to ask for a tray of chutney as it lacked any moisture and again this was provided immediately. Main course was where my issue lay, firstly it was delayed but they apologised and offered free champagne as a compensation. If you that bust surely turn off Deliveroo!!! The Venison Vindaloo just tasted of vinegar, the manager explained that there was a spice used that was a goan spice and had a vinegary taste but I wonder if it had been over seasoned. Was offered a replacement but chose not too and they comped that main. Not so much an issue with the restaurant as my pallet but it spoilt what would otherwise have been a stellar meal. Staff and service were excellent though so zero complaints there. The price, at £132 with a comped main course was overly expensive and more akin to a central London venue and with a meal going back uneaten this did not make it seem value for money and at £17 for a cocktail I'd say massively overpriced.

   Such a wonderful experience! Great service, we had a lovely chat with Chef Binod and Anupam who manages the restaurant. Both were warm and welcoming. Food was delicious, with a carefully chosen menu that would appeal to pretty much every palette. The ambience is calming, relaxed and unpretentious. We will definitely be back very soon! All the very best to this new local gem.

   We went to The Bank for Valentine’s Day and had a lovely evening. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and looked after us really beautifully. The cocktails were great - I can thoroughly recommend the Chai Espresso Martini. The food was really delicious and interesting and we had two delicious little complimentary courses - a mango shot and a fudge like chocolate treat. The restaurant itself is very stylishly designed. We will definitely be going again. Amazing to have somewhere so good on our doorstep!

   Another lovely evening at the Bank, super accommodating to my party as I had booked the wrong date!! They kindly found a table for us, brilliant food and service, can not fault this place :)

    Food very good - starters on the larger side - be careful not to fill on them otherwise you will have no space for mains. Huge options for starters - less so for mains but enough options to satisfy all - did not look at vegi options but looked to have plenty of options. Service was good and overall experience was excellent. We will visit again
