   Absolutely no complaints. Really good food. Great service. Alcohol free sangria was a real touch to cater for the designated driver. Excellent all round.

   This is only the second time we have been to The Bank because we are on holiday. If we lived locally we would use it a lot more.

   Always great food and service, only negative I can think of is that the fantastic whitebait was no longer on the menu!

   Shocking service, very little availability of the menu and long waits. Staff was generally rude and couldn’t care less about being there. Only one toilet for the whole establishment with a queue and was filthy with no toilet roll. Generally very disappointed as had good expectations before hand!

   Hi Darren, Many thanks for your recent visit although we are very sorry to hear you left disappointed. Our team pride themselves on their customer service so we are shocked to hear you felt any member of the team was rude or uncaring, we would very much like to investigate this if you would be happy to reach out to us directly and advise in a little more detail? Unfortunately, due to the close proximity of the nature reserve, one toilet is all that's permitted currently however, we are working closely with the local council to hopefully change this in the future. If your visit to the bathroom was in between a toilet check by our managers and another guest had left unsightly, we can only apologise for this and will look to increase our checks from hourly where possible.    Beautiful food as always. Booked a pod for my daughters 21st, which was lovely and personal. Not the cheapest but food is always spot on. See you again in the summer x

   lovely restaurant,for tapas the portions are large!and plenty of choices,nice ambiance and great decor!evie our waitress to was very attentive,will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    4 of our group have been before. 2 were first time visitors. They were rather impressed with the food, the service. So much so they wanted to book again, so we are returning on 7/11 for a second visit before we return home. The food is amazing, the service is fabulous, a lovely setting and you aren’t rushed. As regular visitors to Bude, my wife and I eat here every time we come down. A trip to Bude isn’t complete without eating at The Bank
