   We visited The Apron Kitchen + Bar for Valentine’s Day dinner and had a lovely evening overall. The atmosphere was lively, and the energy of the night made for a great experience. However, given its prime location at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, I expected a level of service and polish that wasn’t quite there yet. The food was good, though not particularly memorable, and the service—while well-intentioned—felt inexperienced. I don’t mind a newer team, but there seemed to be a lack of experienced leadership to guide them smoothly through the night. A more seasoned presence on the floor would go a long way in elevating the overall dining experience. That said, we still had a pleasant evening, and I hope to see the restaurant refine its service to better match the high standards of its location. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves!

   I met a business partner here for lunch and we had a great experience! The fresh, inviting atmosphere was a perfect contrast to the dreary weather. Our hostess and server were friendly and very attentive. I had the birria quesadilla and my companion had the Mediterranean bowl with chicken. Both were very flavorful, generous portions. I’ll definitely be back!

   Great time having breakfast at the Apron! Excellent service and food. We will be back and now we want to go and stay overnight. Lovely atmosphere all the way around.

   Dined here for my birthday today and had the best experience! Kirsten was a joy to have as our server - my friend and I really enjoyed meeting her! The food was delicious and the vibe was very relaxed. We will definitely be repeat customers!
