   It’s what you might expect from mall / retail place. They do have a nice selection of gluten free options. The pacing of the evening was inconsistent.

   Our first time here after reading about it in the Naples news. Coconut shrimp cocktail was good but needed more sweet Thai chili sauce which we got promptly. I had the Teriyaki Ginger bowl and would have been much better with some fresh ginger. Pretty bland without. My wife’s lemon pasta with blackened chicken was also bland and chicken way overcooked. Her 9oz Malbec was served in a white wine glass and certainly wasn’t 9oz and was too cold. We noticed the table next to us had white wine in a red wine glass . Maybe some training of the bar staff would help. Good location at atmosphere we might give it another chance and try their fresh fish. The server was very good otherwise we wouldn’t go back, but we will give it another try.

   We booked the reservation using our OpenTable rewards card. This restaurant came up as an option to book using my rewards. After dinner, I presented the rewards card and the restaurant said they had never seen one before and had no idea how to use it. I contacted the restaurant and the assistant general manager emailed me back to tell me they sell rewards cards and would be happy to sell me one.

   Valentines Day Dinner out at the 239 just cannot be beat! The 3 course menu offerings were phenomenal. Prepared by a talented team, served by attentive associates, managed by a great Mgt team. Well done all around!

   Great spot for GF diets. Somehow they make Gluten Free very appetizing. Varies menu and one of my granddaughters declares she has the best hamburger evah at 239. Tip spot to put in your lineup of spots to visit for a casual outing.

   Bar tender was awful. Did not know his drinks and has extremely poor pour Food was not satisfactory. They took one entree easily off tab Not sure I would go back

    Have dined at 239 several times in the past but had not been there in a year and was looking forward to the excellent eggs benedict I had last time. Guess what? They don't serve them any longer. I commented to our server that the menu looked slimmed down from a year ago and I was told many things were taken off the menu and customers were not happy. Count us in on that. The hamburger was very good, but it used to look like a monster that challenged me to eat it. Now it is just a larger sized plain cheeseburger. While we were there a customer slipped and fell and was injured on a greasy spot on the floor. While we did see the manager tend to her, it was a while before an employee tried to clean up the slick spot and other customers were allowed to walk through it. Seemed to us like a restaurant that may not really care about its customers. Between all of those changes, we won't likely go back and we will try some of the other new restaurants at the Mercato.
