   I would totally recommend Texas de Brazil. It is expensive, but the food is amazing.

   Came for my husband’s birthday. Host immediately told us we had to be done in one hour because it’s Valentine’s Day weekend lol. Which was impossible due to the speed of the bar. Server was great and nice though. We looked into what was served here before coming and were looking forward to filet. The only meats we were served were chicken, pork and low quality, fatty beef. (I work for a high quality beef company so I was pretty disappointed.) For the amount we paid? If I ever came back, which I probably won’t, I’d 100% only get the salad bar.

   Server was not attentive, took almost the entire meal to see him for the 2nd time to get a refill on soda. He messed up the soda order because he forgot and didn’t write it down and tried placing the blame on us, saying that’s not what we ordered. Many of the meats were chewy and inedible.

   My fiancé and I were out to enjoy our anniversary weekend dinner. We rarely make it to Texas De Brazil because we live about 90 minutes away. Our server, Marquis, immediately informed us that it was busy (Valentine’s Day weekend) but to holler if we needed anything. We caught him a couple of times for waters, but having worked in food industry as a server I understand the craziness behind the scenes. It took a little bit of time before we received some of the cuts of steak that we wanted, but we were ok with the wait. When we were finishing up, manager Nicole I believe, came up and informed us that we would have to leave soon because they were at capacity and we were nearing the second hour of being sat. Although we were finishing up we didn’t care for the rush out the door as we rarely make it up and were enjoying ourselves. I want to give special thanks to Marquis for getting service and never making us feel rushed. I understand the importance of getting business in and out, but let’s not rush current customers. I am not sure if this is something the managers have to press, but it is bad for business.

   My husband and I dined during Valentines Day and while it was understandably very busy, our food and service was amazing. It's always a good experience at this Texas de Brazil location.

   The restaurant itself looks very nice and clean. But the way the tables were set seemed very crowded. Which I get since we did go on Valentines day, plus there was a time frame of 45 to an 1hr. We were totally fine with that and understood, what we didn't like was when the manager on duty reprimanded a waiter in front of the guests because one of his tables exceeded the time frame. I get she's trying to get the tables turned over but she could have done that privately. The food itself was good but I wished they had more of a system of how they come out with the meats so that we could try more in the time frame we had. Also the salad bar didnt have as much options as other places similar to this. The best part of the restaurant was the server. She was very attentive and when my fiance wasn't able to try something she made sure that the someone with that certain meat swung by our table. She made sure our glasses were never empty. And even with the time frame in place she didn't make us feel rushed. We probably won't come back just cause the price is a bit higher than similar places like this that we've been to. We've been to Fogo de Chao which was slightly better in all aspects and the price was more fair.
