   I made two reservations for two people each at exactly the same time, hoping that we could all sit together at one table, but I was told that was not possible. So, she checked us in and called us after 10 minutes, but only for the first reservation for two. Since we had our church pastor and his wife as our guests, we gave the first table to them. Meanwhile, she saw us standing in front of her. She called another couple for a table for two, and my husband heard it and thought it was for us. He was told that it wasn’t for us, and she asked for our reservation and only then checked us in. Then we waited for another 10 minutes, and I decided to talk to their manager. The manager told me that the other reservation was checked in later. I told the manager what happened, and she just said that there’s nothing she can do except to wait. Finally, we got seated after 15 minutes, far from our invited guests. And, for the meantime, the well-done meat came only very seldom. So, yes, it’s not worth paying so much money for less meat, long wait in spite of having reservations, not capable of accommodating guests, and slow service.

   Far too cold and loud. Large variety of items missing from the normal menu. Servers are taught to ignore those who are not ordering alcoholic beverages. Took 45min to get soda. Server was always just standing around chatting while 3 different tables needed assistance. Oxnard would of been better and so would of been Henderson. Rancho is a joke both of our last two times. If you are celebrating anything special and make a note of it, they will ignore it in Rancho. Slightly sad when comparing other locations

   Our dinner at Texas de Brazil was an absolute delight from start to finish -thanks to the incredible service provided by Miguel M - server # 1032 He was attentive very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure every detail was perfect ! ensuring our Food were cooked to our exact preference and the beverage pairings were spot-on cheers- Truly a top-notch dining experience where the food and service equally shone Cheers to Texas de Brazil and Miguel M Adrian Robert

   The main waitress was perfectly but gauchos they are rude when u ask them for more steak… i believe we were in a buffet

   We made a reservation and did not have to wait too long too be seated after reservation time. Wait staff was really helpful from start to finish. The selection of salad items was great and the selection of meat that came around was even better. We topped it off with a great cheesecake and my wife's favorite, carrot cake. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we feel it was a great choice. We will definitely be coming back with more people.

    This is my second time here in rancho and both times the service has been horrible this time they never brought us drinks so we asked for water instead of our waiter bringing it to us the bartender bless her heart took time and served us cause she noticed me looking around , when the waiter finally came I told him he never brought our drinks instead of getting our drinks he serviced the table next to us , so I waited for him to come back hopefully with our drinks which never happened! When he finally comes back I ask for my bill and took him 20 minutes to bring me the bill I would never come here again , in the other hand I’ve driven to Irvine 3 times and all 3 have been a great experience sad I have to drive an hour away for great service
