   We were asked if we wanted more mashed potatoes, never got them. Never got offered the sausage, only sirloin and pechana. Our server had three large tables so we got the short end of the stick there. We loved the food, but we didn't get to fill up due to no one bringing us our sides and it seemed they didn't have a lot of meats until we were paying to leave. Very dissatisfied and we spent 200 dollars there for our anniversary. Wish we had a server that paid more attention to us or had some help serving our table.

   The food bar and meats were spot on and of high quality. The gauchos were friendly and helpful. Our server was kind and did a good job of making sure we had drinks. The bad. We had a reservation and showed up 15 minutes ahead of time only to wait for over 45 minutes while other larger and similarly sized groups were being seated. We were celebrating a birthday, so was the table next to us, they were offered a free dessert. We were not. The table on the other side was offered 8-10 to go boxes, we were told we couldn’t have one. We weren’t trying to take home large amounts of food, one young person in our group felt bad wasting a piece of meat and wanted to take it to go. I understand the rule, but also know it was not consistently applied. I do feel like all of the shortcomings were because my table had multiple teenaged guests and we were not taken seriously from the point we entered the building. Again, food and meat service was incredible. Just not the service or treatment I expect when spending $80 per person.

   Our waiter was a 10/10, experience with him was superb. Very attentive and filled with knowledge of the menu and had a great experience with him. Only fault was the meat coming around the tables was very slow, we maybe saw three meat choices after thirty to forty minutes. Our table just ended up eating from the salad service.

   Very busy, very loud, slow service, buffet area picked over . Staff nice n we were seated best they could based on my requests n i appreciated that because my dad is super hard of hearing but place isnt set up thinking about noise level n echo (lots of bare walls n hard floor) just nothing to buffer the noise , food was fine but not worth what we paid.

   The food was as expected - parmesan pork and flank steak ruled the day in terms of flavor. Our server was nice. She 'slipped in' ordering doubles for everyone's drinks - mumbling in a loud environment... After the 3rd round, she was explicitly saying 'another double'. I wasn't keen on that practice. While that made the drinks (probably what they should be) better, that was a huge bump up on the final bill. The hosts seemed to be playing 'who is actually in charge' and there was confusion and, from what I could hear, attempts to seat additional parties at seated tables. I wouldn't know this, but I waited a good half-hour after our reservation time. I get holidays and all and trying to give folk a few minutes to catch their breath between tables, but there should have been some of that in the availability of reservations. All-in-all, probably the worst trip here in terms of non-food areas. That's one thing, the food has always been consistent. So, kudos there for a busy night.

   Took my adult daughter for thanksgiving it was packed. Service was excellent food good. Will be back.
