   Disappointing Experience at Texas de Brazil in Irvine Texas de Brazil has always been a favorite, but our last two visits were disappointing. The main reason you go to a Brazilian steakhouse is for the meat, not to fill up on the buffet and drinks. We waited 20 minutes after being seated before any meat was served, and in the first 30 minutes, we only saw one server. Despite informing our waitress multiple times, it wasn’t until I spoke to the manager that the meat service improved. By then, 45 minutes had passed, and we were already full from the buffet and drinks we ordered. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the slow service defeated the purpose of the experience almost feeling ignored and as if it was intention (we were a group of 10). I hope this can be improved for future visits.

   We went on Friday 13th our reservation was at 6:45 we sat down at 7:50 waited more than an hour It was my daughter’s birthday she was planning to go out afterwards with her friends and celebrate which she didn’t, Besides that the food was good and our waitress was sweet and polite, Wish they respected reservation time better and the dining room was quite noisy.

   This location was so much better than other locations i have been to. The server was awesome and the guys bringing meat around were really amazing. They would re-fire the meat frequently so you could get a most amazing end piece every time.

   The food was great overall. Unfortunately, we had to ask the server 4 times for certain meats to come out to the table. I had guests who attended this restaurant from a 2-hour drive. Unfortunately, my guest didn’t want to wait any longer and decided to just pay and leave. Upon check-in, nobody was waiting to be seated. Once this party arrived for 7 they got sat down without 3 minutes. I was there 5 min before my reservation and we still had to wait an extra 15 minutes which was absurd. The food was great but unfortunately, due to the service and lack of communication, I don’t think I or any of my guests will return. Very disappointed especially at those prices.

   Took my son and his friends to celebrate his 24th birthday. I can’t rave enough about how great the service is at this location.. this was our first time visiting, and we will absolutely be back. Adobo is the manager of this location and he is incredible. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he went out of his way to have personal conversations and show great hospitality. Our server was very attentive, kind, and gave an outstanding service to our party. Thank you for a great evening.

    I was impressed by how quickly we got seated and how friendly and sweet the lady at the front desk check in area. We felt welcome! After a few minutes another waitress got us to our table. The table was in the corner and we didn’t like the table; they were nice enough to give us a table with a better location. The food was great however the salad bar could be better. The selection was a bit limited. The servers were really nice I joked with them and they were really nice. I was a good experience so thanks!!!
