   The experience was overall great. I believe servers should vary their paths through the tables or the same tables will always get the freshest, and the last tables will least.

   We've been to this location many times and it's usually pretty good but this time they were really slow with bringing meat around and the sides were coming out cold a few times and we asked for new ones. It should not take me and my wife 2 hours to eat dinner here. You would think you would want people to get full fast and leave so you can remake the table for someone else. They had alot of people waiting for a table.

   First time at this location and it was very nice. Food was good and the employees were nice. Definitely will go back!

   Great service! Food was delicious! A little too loud for my elderly parents however it was busy and we were seated in the middle of the restaurant.Great experience nevertheless!!! Highly recommend dining at this location!

   We have been to other Brazilian Steakhouses and were so excited to have this one close by. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. It was so disappointing. 1. Our server was very overwhelmed. He was nice but couldn’t keep up at all. We sat for over 10 minutes with empty drinks. First l, he stopped by and attempted to fill the drinks but his pitcher was empty. Then it took at least 10 minutes for him to return. 2. I’m not sure if maybe they are still figuring out their serving “route” but they continued to run out of meat right at the table before us and then never came back to us. 3. We were offered the little chicken drums 3x. The sausage 2x. The bacon wrapped chicken a few times. Picanha, Filet Mignon, and pork loin once. They came out with the ribs but never to our table. 4. We sat for around 15 minutes with no meat being offered even though we still had our card flipped for service. It seemed like they just decided it was time to stop coming to our table. My son is 16 and wasn’t even close to being finished. We ended up just being done because the service was so bad. 5. We ordered carrot cake to go and it was probably the best carrot cake I’ve ever had! 6. Bar was clean and food on the bar was good and fresh. 7. The banana was good but served at the beginning. It would be better served towards the end because it’s more sweet. Best to be ate while fresh. 8. Pineapple on the bar was lacking flavor. Grilled pineapple at Brazilian steakhouses is my favorite part but this one little flavor. 9. I mentioned to the waiter my disappointment about not being brought many of the meats and his response was to call the manager the next day. I would honestly give zero stars if I could. It didn’t even come close to comparing to other similar restaurants we have tried. It was just myself and my son and reading all the other positive reviews makes me question if we had poor service due to it being just a mom and kid.

   Había ido a otros Texas de Brazil en otros estados y siempre fueron buenos por eso no dude en probar este aquí en Cincinnati y no me arrepentí. La comida es excelente, todo muy fresco y delicioso, mi corte favorito de carne fue el filet mignon y en el área de ensaladas probé los camarones y el salmón y estaban deliciosos, la crema de mariscos estaba riquísima también. Lo recomiendo 100%.

    Meat was delivered poorly, we couldn’t find too much flavor in the meat as other times. It’s been very much bland . Servers barely came to our table , we had to ask 3 times until we finally got the meat servers to come. First time we went it was a great experience, after that’s it’s been lacking to be honest. For 50/person I expect more from you guys.
