   It was super busy, but it's also Christmas day. Our server was okay, didn't seem very friendly, but I just assume she was in the weeds (very busy and over whelmed) the items at the salad bar were great. The meat selections that made it to our table were all very flavorful, and delicious. Just seemed like there wasn't as many options as there should have been.

   All of the food items were delicious. The meats were all tender and tasty. The salad bar had a nice selection of choices. It was my first time at this restaurant and I would recommend it. The service team was excellent.

   Although the main server was very attentive, the meat service was very slow. Only one meat server came to our table the first 30 min and offered sausage. We had 3 meat offerings total in 1 hr. Chicken and lamb-the lamb was raw. Not rare -cold raw. After an hour our server came back and asked if we were ready for dessert. ?? We said we were waiting for any beef options She said she would send some over but when they arrived it was extra well done sirloin and overcooked ribs. We gave up and headed back to salad bar which was rather good. Overall very slow service and the meat if you are lucky enough to get any was simply not good.

   What a cool Christmas Eve experience! The food was great the staff was friendly and happy to explain the process of a Brazilian Steakhouse. Will definitely keep Texas de Brazil on our short list for special occasion choices.

   I rarely write reviews, but Texas de Brazil earned it. I’ve been to a handful of these types of steakhouses before, including the one that used to be downtown. IMO, this one has the BEST meat by far. Everything we tried was seasoned and cooked perfectly and we never waited long for another server to appear. The salad bar was not as grand as some I’ve been to but everything was delicious. It isn’t a huge space, and it is very well staffed, so we felt well taken care of. And for the price, the quality and variety can’t be beat. Can’t wait to return.

   When I was there before it was great. Today was awkward, the service seemed lost the food was not ready, it seemed they had to adapt too open before their normal hours and were not ready.

    Where to start? Arrived at the restaurant for a 7 o’clock reservation. Hostess seemed confused and said they would call my phone when the table was ready. Checked back after about 10 minutes, and we were escorted into the bar area to be seated, and then the hostess turned around and said oh, the table is actually over here and took us to the other side of the restaurant. Lots of confusion, which set the tone for the night. Had to ask several times for beverages, and sides that are supposed to come with the meal. Meat service was sparse with many items that are on the menu, not ever showing up at the table. Failure to clear used plates throughout the meal. Overall, the food quality is good, but not consistent with the price point. My overall assessment is a poorly managed establishment. May be understaffed, but the waitstaff efforts were just not there either. Does not compare well to Brazilian steakhouses in other cities.
