   Terrible food and service. We got brunch burgers and the meat was chewy and fries were old, chewy and not even cold. The served barely showed up during our meal. All this for a whopping $300, if you continue this way you'll go out of business soon.

   We’ve been here several times. But this experience was very different. The food is always pretty good. With maybe this one exception. The shrimp dish. Hard pass. It’s fishy. Bland. But the service. Is. Terrible. We sat for over 30 min before we could even flag someone down to get us water. 45 min. Still no apps. It was a 2.5 hr dinner. Not because it was coursed out and extravagant. But instead because the service was just non existent. I waited tables in college. I have a TON of grace for servers. It’s not an easy job. But this was egregiously bad service. The server knew it. So at check out his version of apology and consideration was to comp my after dinner coffee. It was almost more insulting. I think we will pass on this place next time. For the money there’s too many options.

   My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Terrace 16 for our anniversary. Our table by the window had beautiful city views. Service was excellent and food was outstanding. My husband had the Mici and I enjoyed the winter squash risotto. So delicious! We loved the dessert surprise. The hospitality and attention to detail made everything so special. The night was topped off with a fireworks show over the river. So fun! Thanks for making our night memorable ❤️

   Breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant was impeccably clean. The coffee, mimosa, and eggs Benedict may have been the best I’ve ever had!! Our server and all of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The view was amazing as well. Highly recommend!!

   I had high expectations for my visit to Terrace 16, being in the prestigious Trump Tower, but the service was extremely disappointing. Staff were inattentive and unhelpful, and it seemed like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. From being seated, we were waiting 10 minutes before we had to go call for our waiter to get some water. It took an entire hour to bring out one sushi roll, about 30 minutes to get our drinks. This was on a Wednesday night so it was not crowded. For the price and reputation, I expected much more. Unfortunately, the experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for quality and timely service.

   The food was outstanding; beautiful presentation and very good flavors. Our server was wonderful but they were very short staffed so service was rather slow.

   My husband and I love this restaurant, the view is spectacular and the food was delicious. He is an eggs Benedict snob and said it was the best he's had. I had huevos rancheros and a Bloody Mary and they were both delicious. Our waitress was not great. We waited a bit and when she came up, she literally raced to the table and was speaking before she got to our table. She didn't say hello or greet us with any enthusiasm, there was no warm welcome. I can't say who she was because she didn't tell us her name. That won't keep us from coming back! We do not live in Chicago, we always make it a point to eat here at least once.
