Located on the third floor of Eataly Boston, Terra is a unique restaurant inspired by earth and fire. The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where the Terra culinary team cooks raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine.

In every earthy dish, the fire’s smoked warmth rekindles our fundamental connection to the elements. Plentiful and playful, the grilled plates are perfect to share around the restaurant's rustic tables, especially when paired with seasonal drinks.

We went during the evening, atmosphere was very lively, the lighting and space was beautiful, not too bright/ not too dim. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and well presented. Service was quick, kind, and polite. I would recommend this Terra to anyone who is looking for a great date/birthday/anniversary. A hidden gem in the Prudential!

This was our first time dining at Terra where he had been meaning to go for a long time but just kept puuting off. I can safely tell you that we will definitely not be putting off out going back. THe experience was totally beyond our many forrays to Eataly that we always enjoy. The decor is rustic, tasteful, relaxing, and comforting Service was above and beyond. Cocktails were innovative and delicious. The star attaction, of course, was the cuisine that proved to be far above our expectations. Anything open fire grilled from the large open pit is not to be missed - flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The dishes all with freshly made pasta were like bites of heaven with velvety and luscious sauces. The surprise of the evening was definitely the Tiramisu that was unlike any that we had every eaten anywhere and with plenty of delicious masacarpone. Cappucinos were also excellent. We did not want to leave but had a concert to go to, but we will definitely be back very soon.

Mixed emotions... I went to the one in NYC when it opened years ago and it was great. This is more like a chain wanna be of the original. It lost character and the food is not great. Everything is cooked prior and then finished off on the open fire. I guess it's good convention center tourist place but it's not Boston culinary cuisine.

Service not that great, food overpriced. I won’t bother going there again. The other restaurants in Eataly are much better

Honestly it was not good. They redid the menu and the food was not as good as it used to be. The burratta was odd and the mushrooms weren’t cooked plus had way too many. The crudo was a lot of fish but lacked acidity and crackers/crunch, just odd. The pasta dish was bland and just honestly felt like the flavors were competing. We don’t go out much and used to love eating here, we brought people from out of town and were raving but had to apologize. One of our guests didn’t eat his meal. Plus the bathrooms were absolutely horrendous. Just not the best experience all around.

I have dined there multiple times over the past several years and has always been the restaurant I take family/friends visiting. Quality of food and value seems to have slipped. The menu offerings have changed and are more limited, esp. with appetizer/small bites. Won't be returning until I begin to read better reviews online.

Fantastic service for a family birthday lunch - including allowing us to bring a GF birthday cake ( they couldn’t supply a GF cake) which they adorned with candles! Food was excellent and we appreciated having the whole menu to choose from- not just the brunch. Fish platter for 2 was large! A bit pricy but worth it for the special occasion

I had a wonderful time with my husband, I had the wagu special. It was delicious!! My husband ordered catchio Pepe and was not happy with it (it has no pepper). We spoke with the chef about my meal , the staff was extremely nice.

I loved Terra the first time I came in 2019! Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience food wise. The fondue appetizer was pretty good, but the pasta was not great. The carbonara with black truffle did not have much flavor. My cousin ordered the fettuccine with black truffle off the brunch menu and it came with a piece of broccoli in it. When she returned it, the waitress told us it was because that was next to the salad prep station. I don’t think that made anything much better! When the new pasta came out, it came in a pool of water. Disappointing experience, and expensive food.
