Tencüi tiene el reino fungi en todo su esplendor culinario, dentro de una casona colonial en el bello barrio de Santa María la Ribera al aire libre o dentro.
Esta nueva propuesta culinaria a cargo del reconocido chef Mario Espinosa, basa todo su menú en este versátil y característico ingrediente.
Este lugar es para los foodies valientes que buscan experiencias culinarias únicas, esos aventureros de paladar que esperan el elemento sorpresa en cada plato. Tencüi significa conectar en Náhuatl y es exactamente lo que Mario busca con sus creaciones. Su propuesta gastronómica basada en hongos abre las perspectiva que teníamos de la cocina con guisos de mezclas de hongos, bebidas con infusiones de hongos y hasta postres con este maravilloso ingredientes.
Algo que hace muy especial este proyecto es la forma en que obtienen los hongos. Ya que se cultivan in situ en una cámara de fructificación dentro de la casa.

Comida excelente, servicio muy amable, ambiente genial. Si te da frío fácilmente, abrigarse es recomendable, es muy fresco el espacio

Excelente. Realmente cenamos delicioso, el martes de tacos se me hace espectacular, la relación de la calidad y cantidad de los alimentos vrs. el precio es increíble, porque las porciones son muy buenas y se come delicioso por un gran precio. Lo recomiendo al 100%, ya quiero volver. Creo que lo que más me sorprendió fue el cocktail, porque yo no había escuchado nada acerca de sus bebidas y no tenía expectativas; y cuando lo probé, me voló la cabeza. El servicio siempre muy amable y súper atentos.

Es una experiencia culinaria única, ese mix de sabores y texturas uuffff, la coctelería fue otra de mis favoritas, mezclas bien logradas y con sabores y aromas únicos, la atención es extraordinaria porque te hacen sentir como si ya te conocieran, gracias mil Tencui
