   Beautiful spot. Very loud with the amazing live entertainment. Drinks were great. It is pricey but worth the money. Only downs were that the chicken order felt like Costco frozen nuggets, nothing elegant about them to match the vibes of the restaurant. Also, didn’t realize that our reservation had a time limit but that might’ve been my fault and didn’t read it. Overall a 5 star place, very excited to go back!

   Great decor and nice ambience, drink selection was a bit limited for a craft cocktail establishment. The biggest disappointment was our waitress she couldn’t even crack a little smile and was acting like she was doing us a favor and really didn’t like working there. Perhaps she was just having a bad day but unfortunately her poor attitude spoiled our overall impression of this place. Life music was a nice touch it was just a bit too noisy at times to carry on conversations.

   Quite possibly THE WORST experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve even reached out to management, Jacqueline, to rectify the situation and she was more interested in making excuses and arguing than actually hearing me. (Deep breath)… To charge $550 PER PERSON on NYE with the promise of “opulent eats” and then give a coffee saucer size plate of crackers/cheese is ridiculous. We literally had to pay for a cheeseburger (and it was disgusting!) Furthermore, I believe there was maybe 4-6 people there that actually paid to be there. There was no promise of the entertainment, but the band took multiple breaks and was less than average. Overall, NO BUENO! Run for the hills!!

   We enjoyed the experience, but were shocked when we got the bill that charged a tax on the tickets (even though the notice said that taxes were included in the price). They also tried to charge a $72 gratuity on the tickets--that's like charging a gratuity on a cover charge. They removed the gratuity and allowed us to change it, but we weren't happy that they tried to slip it past us to begin with. Having said that, we've been here before and enjoyed the ambience.

   What an absolute joke. We have been repeat customers and live across the street. I cannot believe what just took place. We paid $150 per person x 4 people for the New Year’s Eve event. $600 just to get in the door. This cover charge got us absolutely nothing. “Oh, it’s to give you party favors (a tiny plate of olives crackers and cheese). We have been huge proponents of this place trying to get all of our friends to go. Never again. This was advertised as a prepaid event - we thought this would actually cover SOMETHING. nope. We still paid for everything inside. On top of that, there was absolutely nothing special about this event beyond the typical night. We just spent over $1,000 to be at this place for about 90 minutes and have a horrible experience. I loved this place, but this NYE experience just ruined it forever. This cover charge was so unjustified. This place was not different than any other night, and there certainly wasn’t any sort of line to get in. our server even told us to our faces that the cover charge was supposed to cover our drinks, but not enough people booked it. So therefore we got stuck paying the cover charge plus the total cost of our drinks. This is so frustrating given we live right across the street and loved this place. This is the most I’ve felt scammed in my entire life and there’s no way I could ever return here.

    Overall, our experience was pretty good! The food & drinks were okay and were very over priced. The ambience of the Christmas vibes were really amazing. The only thing that my friends and I were slightly annoyed about a $10 cover but really online their website and OpenTable It states that it’s $5. Which is fine, but if you’re gonna do things like that, it should be accurate pricing and you should make that information more visible to people when booking reservations because that wasn’t the case.
