   We had our reservation at 9:30pm, did not get sat down until 10:45pm, and we did not get the first course until 11:20pm! The whole hour we were waiting, they had us just standing there with nothing to compensate for the mistake. The whole New Year’s eve Italian tradition night did not happen, it was False Advertising! No Grapes with italian countdown, no Midnight Caccio e Pepe show, and no dancefloor. We felt scammed.

   Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m deeply sorry for the disappointment you felt during your New Year’s Eve celebration. I completely understand your frustration regarding the delays and the missed expectations. We did have a dance floor set up in a separate room, as part of our event, and the Cacio e Pepe show was prepared outside, as planned. Additionally, we had a large bowl of grapes available at the bar for the Italian countdown. I regret that these elements weren’t made clear to you in the way they should have been, and I’m sorry they didn’t live up to your expectations. I hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. I will love to have you back with a complimentary bottle of champagne on me. Best regards,

   The antipasta could have been more substantial; entre was filling and delicious; ravioli was hard to eat and deserved some bread to wipe off with; service was attentive and great. Overall, bread and a leek soup would have made the prix fixe meal perfect. Ambiance was good but crowd chatter was noisy.

   Booked my reservation looking forward to a new restaurant of great food, excellent service, and an enjoyable evening with music and dancing. What we encountered was an unorganized establishment scrambling to fit too many people in just to grab a quick buck. A highly stressed out wait staff that was spread way too thin. A management that was in way over their heads and unable to cope. Several unhappy customers with not one person too bothered to make any effort to resolve the problems. No music and dancing as advertised as they kept seating people in awkward places at tables so narrow and small that not even the chairs fit properly. The food would have been great if only it was warm and had not been left to sit so long. Safe to say that it was such a disappointing experience which was extremely unfortunate.

On the night of your visit, we unfortunately had two employees call out sick at the last minute, leaving us short-handed. As a result, our team was stretched thin, which impacted both the service and overall atmosphere. Please know that this is not typical of our standards, and we are actively working to improve.    The food and service were very good! I might be back to experience the full menu as they have a very limited one available for NYE. My only complaint is that they were quite unprepared for the rush of the night. It appeared to me that they were inexperienced with a NYE night and therefore were not able to deliver what they promised in the description of the evening as advertised. We were told that a DJ would be there at 9:45, a complementary glass of champagne would be offered, and a festive time would be available on their patio. They delivered on none of that. We were there until 11:00 until we finally left disappointed.

Unfortunately, a few of our team members called out last minute, which made it more challenging to manage the high volume of guests. This impacted our ability to deliver the full experience we had planned for the night. As for the champagne toast and entertainment, we want to clarify that the complimentary champagne was served at midnight, and the DJ did indeed perform at 9pm until 2am.    I came here for my birthday with family and friends. It was outstanding! All the food was exceptionally delicious and noticeably fresh. The wait staff were attentive and the background music was all jazz and easy listening covers of famous pop and rock songs. Such a cool vibe!!
