    The Tavern on Rush was nothing like what we expected. Overrated food at extremely inflated prices. We felt rushed and overlooked as well. We had a filet and also a salmon entree this evening. The salmon was very good but the filet was dry and lacked flavor. Our sides of asparagus and potatoes were nothing special. So disappointed at this newer location but there are many other better options very nearby.

    Exceptional dining experience on Christmas Day. Extraordinary service from the minute we walked in the door to leaving. Wait staff extremely professional and fantastic! Delicious and perfectly cooked food. Could not have been a better dining experience for our party. Even though an extremely busy evening, we were never rushed and were treated as if we were the most important guest of that evening. Truly made for an extraordinary dining experience.

    Visit really exceeded expectations. Kelly and Fernando were excellent and so much fun. Carlos (manager) stopped by to say hello and to ask how service was. Very enjoyable evening.

    Our server Joe made the evening. He was knowledgeable, funny and timely with his service. The food was delicious and he gave us wonderful recommendations. The new location is very nice and overall, we had an excellent dining experience.

    We recently visited Tavern on Rush for a Christmas Eve lunch and had an absolutely delightful experience! We sat in the bar area, which had a warm and inviting ambiance. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure our afternoon was memorable. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful. For our main courses, we enjoyed a variety of dishes: the tuna tartare was fresh and delicious, the chicken sandwich was flavorful and juicy, the shrimp pasta was rich and satisfying, and the salmon BLT was a unique and tasty twist on a classic. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot-on. The noise level was comfortable, making our meal even more enjoyable. However, the only downsides were that the menu felt somewhat limited and one of our plates was dirty. Overall, Tavern on Rush is a fantastic choice for a casual yet memorable meal.
