Food and drinks were great. Frustrated that specific requests I made regarding the bill were not carried through. I was taking work colleagues out and requested all drinks be put to my tab. I spoke to the woman at the host stand x2 during the evening for two different times. I know her name, but trying not to grossly shame anyone I’ll just say it starts w/ “P” - and neither interaction was friendly. Please don’t host or be in the service industry if you do not like to provide a positive customer experience.

Food was ok, server seemed to avoid us when their systems were down. It’s better to communicate an issue rather than avoid it which only made us feel ignored.

I have eaten here many times and have always had great service and great food. It is a great place to dine on Saturdays for brunch. of choices. i have also enjoyed it for lunch and dinner. Great for outdoor dining in the warmer weather.

We received a gift card for Christmas so decided to use it for my birthday dinner today. We absolutely love the lettuce wraps and pecan crusted walleye which was excellent as usual. Lately we seem to get the same waiter who leaves a lot to be desired. He never introduced himself and acted like he really wasn’t interested in his job. I watched him wonder around a lot and visit with other employees rather then finding out what he could do for us. We received our meal and he never appeared again to see if we wanted anything more to drink or if everything was ok till we were almost done with our meal. And it wasn’t like there were many people around since it was around 3pm. I don’t seem to see any of the waitresses that were so attentive and knew how to do the job anymore. I was disappointed with the service as I was in September when we came in and had the same person. If it wasn’t for some favorite meals we wouldn’t be back.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Menu offers a wide variety of choices to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and delicious. Definitely will be back to try more items from their menu.
