    Food was very good. Manager was great and checked to see if we were enjoying everything. Was a bit disappointed in the service. Server seemed a bit uninterested and never really checked on us very often. Tables are fairly close together so we needed to shift a bit because we kept getting bumped. If you are looking for good food and not perfect ambiance, you will enjoy this restaurant.

    Taurasi is truly a somewhat hidden gem in the Western Suburbs. Southern Italian cuisine at its finest. Prices are very reasonable for the offerings.

    Simply delicious grilled fish special - cooked perfectly too. Delicious pasta dishes (4 different dishes) and all were wonderful - also cooked perfectly al dante! It's really the best authentic Italian in the West Suburbs and maybe the region

    Wonderful experience , cozy atmosphere, pasta is my favorite option in this restaurant. Very accurate wine list with affordable price. Good service and excellent dessert! We will definitely be back

    The International Wine tasting event was spectacular. Well organized, 3 different companies and many to choose from. The food that accompanied the wine was so good as usual at Taurasi. Would highly recommend taking in a wine tasting at Taurasi.

    The owner sat us and was very friendly. The server seemed new and a bit unsure, but he did a fine job serving us. The food was good, but not great. I would go back, but not a place where it would be a first thought. They do have some great wines.

    The rigatoni with sausage banana peppers were absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. very accurate wine list and attentive service.

    Truly enjoyed dining at Taurasi, there is a wide variety to choose from on the menu. We had appetizers, bruschetta caprise, and it was fabulous and also fried calamari which was cooked just right. I had fillet fettuccine, it was a bit spicy but still very good. The tiramisu was amazing! Our waitress provided the best service for being a very busy night. Definitely recommend dining here!
