    After dining there, we felt like we were just in the fast food place. The waiter was not helpful at all. We were surprised at how fest they brought the food. But the answer is that food was precooked. My dish was half cold and obviously wasn't just cooked. The cleaning guys were coming all the time checking if we were done not giving us any space for a conversation. The drinks were OK. Instead of nice dinner experience on a Saturday night, we were ready to leave in about 40 minutes.

    By far the most underestimated staff and service of any restaurant in the city. I was running late on a busy Saturday night during the peak of the holiday season and despite the busy crowds and numerous reservations they had that night, they hostesses went out of there way to push back my reservation to later and fully accommodate my reservation with my lovely date. I am beyond grateful for their patience, due diligence and stellar customer service and professionalism. Not to forget their genuine kindness throughout it all. Always a pleasurable experience at this venue and by far, my favorite in the city. To simply say thank you would not be able to accurately and fully express my gratitude. However, Thank you for another wonderful dining experience! I will return shortly!

    The food was good but we waited 30minutes for our reservation before finally giving up and just sitting at the bar.

    Excellent restaurant. Nice ambience. Food was amazing and service was great. Came here for lunch. Unfortunately some of the items on menu were sold out but the other choices were just as great. Get any of the pasta. I had wanted the Rigatoni meat sauce -sold Out, but the cache e Pepe was fabulous so was very happy. Very reasonable prices to for nyc. Great location. Close to many shops. Would definitely go back.

    Excellent and inventive takes on traditional dishes. Top quality ingredients. We requested a booth in the back to mitigate the noise level, and it did quiet down a bit after 9:30 or so. Still one of our favorite neighborhood choices.
