Unspoiled by heavy sauces, Sicilian-style pastas are dressed in pure, extra virgin olive oil. Fresh vegetables, lightly grilled fresh local fish, and lamb seasoned with herbs offer diners a healthy range of options. Taormina is a great Sicilian restaurant in the middle of Waikiki. The place is clean and modern, and the service is welcoming and efficient. At lunch they provide free focaccia with olive oil/balsamic vinegar and a passion fruit sorbet after the meal. The Siciliana pasta was excellent. Great spicy flavor with a unique sweet/spicy beef ragu sauce. It's not a huge portion but it's very good. The chicken alla Griglia was excellent. It's a huge piece of chicken, perfectly roasted and seasoned. It's very tender and flavorful. Really it's better than the pasta IMO. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Hawaii. Make a reservation because you probably won't get in without it.

Came here for lunch; food was very nice and the portions were adequate, especially the chicken. My husband ordered the chicken, but we all took some of his dish. Overall a very nice experience.

We used to go there in evenings and seated upstairs all the time. Somehow we start going there for lunch time. So it was very sweet and special experience. Of course food was excellent. Holiday

Bosco salad is our favorite, tasty beets and pears. Frutti Di Mare is done perfectly done al dente. King Salmon was so moist and flavorful. Our favorite Italian restaurant in Honolulu
